Our Salame Felino PGI is made exclusively from the finest ingredients, selected from pigs that, in terms of genetics, diet and rearing conditions, are suitable for the production of Prosciutto di Parma PDO: they are therefore born in Italy, weigh an average of at least 130 kg, and belong to the Large White, Landrace and Duroc breeds.

SALAME FELINO

Renowned for its delicate flavour, Coppa Piacentina PDO is a premium cured meat produced from pigs reared on Italian farms. Thanks to a long curing process (at least 90 days), the coppa has always been known for its savoury taste, its balanced texture and its characteristic red and white colour, which comes from the combination of lean and fatty meat.

Guanciale is characterised by a slow and gentle curing process (around 3 months); it is produced without preservatives and has a unique flavour and an intense, heady aroma.
It can take centre stage in famous dishes such as ‘Carbonara’ and ‘Amatriciana’, and is a valuable ingredient for adding flavour and a personal touch to any dish.
